1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment. We will notify you by email if there are any unexpected delays.
2. Shipping Rates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Domestic Shipping Policy
- We offer standard shipping options within the United States.
5. International Shipping Policy
- We currently do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
6. Damages
- Hathor's Hacienda is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
7. Returns Policy

8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Hathor's Hacienda is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
