Directions for Use

Shake gently before each use. Spray 5–15 times onto clean skin — legs, arms, stomach, shoulders or anywhere you're seeking relief. Rub in or allow to absorb naturally. Best used after bathing or before bed.

Each application delivers approximately 40-120 mg of elemental magnesium, depending on number of sprays.

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes or broken skin. Mild tingling may occur and is normal, especially if magnesium levels are low.
